The booking form on our site forwards your dates and party size to our reservation provider, Reseliva. Any identity, contact and payment details you enter during the booking steps are processed on Reseliva's system, and Reseliva's own privacy policy applies at that stage. No payment card details are stored on our website.

Server logs are kept only as long as technically needed and are deleted regularly. Messages you send us are retained for the period required by law after the correspondence, and any stay, has ended; after that they are deleted or anonymised.
